Vanishing Workforce

Neil Ihde, CEO, Life IQ

Organizations are always on the lookout for great talent, but that
challenge is getting more difficult by the day. The reality is that the
workforce is shrinking due to a convergence of several concerning
factors. To survive and thrive, organizations need to change their view
that people are not expenses, but rather understand that they are their
most important assets that appreciate over time.

· Define sansdemic and explore its impact.
· Explore the three (3) pre-existing labor conditions exacerbated in 2020.
· Identify strategies to attract and retain a vanishing workforce.
